I do not require very much and do not ask for anything much, and I hate to be put in the spot of having to ask for basic service , considering I am a loyal Seven Star card holder I would think in this day and age, all location would have there people trained well if they want a person to come to there properties, bad service on the floor as well, they let people play two machines at a time, even during peek gambling times, have never had a property let that go on, and would not offer a Seven one of them, when all the machines was full,had to call a manager, and then the main one for the floor, and get them to understand what the right protacol is for a Seven at other locations, then they agreed, by this time I was tired and said forget it, and even checked out a night early and went back to Kansas City property where they follow the rules, I don't ask for much but basic seven star consideration is required, I choose to gamble at Harrahs and keep a high level card, maybe I need to reconsider my loyalty to Harrahs the properties are giving less and less service, so why have a Seven card huh.
